Jeffrey is the Director of Operations at Greenberg Law.  Jeff leads process, technology, and marketing for the firm ensuring a seamless client experience. For 20 years, Jeff has spent his career problem solving, fostering continuous improvement, and driving operational excellence at both ING and Wells Fargo.

A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Jeffrey has led large scale process improvement initiatives saving millions of dollars. He is known for simplifying complex workflows and delivering measurable results. Jeff has spent decades increasing team productivity and mentoring the next generation of Lean Six Sigma professionals.

Jeffrey holds a Master of Arts in International Commerce with a minor in National Security from the University of Kentucky's Patterson School of Diplomacy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Iowa. His global perspective was shaped early by work with the U.S. Commercial Service in Düsseldorf, Germany.

It is Jeff's goal to ensure everyone in the firm has the tools they need and using the best possible process to help each client.
